BIAC was incorporated in 1999 when Time Warner Cable requested Engineering help troubleshooting and resolving Network issues, with a corporate mission to assume outsourced Engineering and Technical Support roles to MSO’s across North America.

We have audited and documented the Rogers National Cable and Wireless Network; also responsible for design and placement of over 11 Million miles of Fiber and Cable Network in North America and the Caribbean; We wrote the Technical training course on HFC management, maintenance diagnostics and repair for the SCTE Cable industry.

BIAC has been actively exploring new processes and technology for its customers. Innovation and continuous improvement have been the mantra as a way to transition or enhance our traditional engineering/implementation business. The company has designed, engineered and built both software and Hardware solutions for it customers which are transitioning to SaaS and Robotic opportunities.
