1. Services

Assetspire Ltd ("Assetspire") provides a SaaS datacenter infrastructure management platform (the "Platform"). Use of the Platform is subject to these Terms and Conditions and any additional SaaS Subscription Agreement between you and us.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Use Restrictions

You may not:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purposes
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Use high-volume automated tools to scrape or monitor data from our services

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform are the exclusive property of Assetspire Ltd. Spire™ and the Assetspire logo are trademarks of Assetspire Ltd.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Assetspire be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
